Making this magnetic door lock smart
We took 2 high quality SDC off the shelf products and made them smart. First, we wired an EntryCheck920 keypad to our IoTen such that it now requires biometric ID for entry. Then we took the excellent SDC electro magnetic EMLock door lock and made it smart, too, enabling magnet release by biometric means.
The “Get Smart – IoTen Smart” series of videos documents the ease with which any product can be connected to the internet, without programming, without waiting months for project completion and component integration. IoTen hardware module is pre-integrated with the IoTen mobile app and IoTen Cloud portal for manufacturers. All you do is connect the electronics, download the app and go! Log into the IoTen cloud to see the usage reports and business insights.
